Approve the Agreement for Technical Services between Resources for Professionals and the School District of Hillsborough County (Student Services and Federal Programs Division)

Agreement Amount: $62,400.00

Resources for Professionals will visit (throughout the 2005-2006 school year) all the salary differential schools (23 schools) to observe, mentor, coach, and provide comprehensive written and oral feedback to each of the schools in the areas of classroom and school-wide behavior management. Follow-up throughout the school year will support not only the implementation of effective strategies but also the consistent maintenance of these strategies. The maintenance will be conducted via an on-going assessment, which will be reviewed by the entire school staff.

Goal 5 - The district will eliminate the FCAT achievement gap by a minimum of 10 percentage points as reported by No Child Left Behind.

Expenses for this Technical Agreement will not impact the School District of Hillsborough County. All funds will be charged to Title 1.
