SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Staff has identified the need for a middle school site within the City of Tampa to accommodate new infill growth being experienced by the City. Two adjacent parcels have been located at Hillsborough Avenue and 43rd Street consisting of approximately 8.8 +/- and 5.5 +/- acres. These parcels will be joined to create the required middle school site.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Critical Success Factor 6.a.8: Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Appraisal fees in an amount not to exceed $15,000 will be derived from 2 Mill Capital Outlay budget for site acquisition.
