EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This proclamation is to honor the life and the many contributions of Richard C. “Dick” Spoto to Hillsborough County Public Schools. This proclamation is a tribute to his legacy and a reflection of our mourning his passing. Most of all this proclamation should be a source of inspiration and encouragement to all of us who are a part of our school system.
