EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On March 8, 2005, the Board appointed the architectural firm of Gould Evans Associates with Manhattan Construction Company providing construction management services. The scope of work included the demolition and replacement of the Administration, Media, and classrooms buildings. The scope also included establishment of a temporary campus of 35 portables to house students and faculty until completion of the replacement facilities. On September 7, 2006, the Board approved a separate guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for construction of the temporary campus.
This change order provides a credit for project savings on the temporary campus.
The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
