Approve Amendment of Architectural Agreements for
Architectural Services on a Continuing Contract Basis and Sligh Middle School HVAC

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Ruyle Darby + Jennewein Architects is currently under contract to provide architectural services for miscellaneous projects under a continuing contract basis. Ruyle Hayes + Jennewein Architects P.A. is currently under contract to provide architectural services for the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) project at Sligh Middle School. The name of the company has been legally changed to James Douglas Ruyle AIA, Architects PA. The firm has requested that their agreements be reissued to reflect this change.

Amendment of agreements will allow payments to be issued in the firm's legal name.

* Construct and maintain facilities that create an environment conducive to teaching and learning

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: No)

There is no financial impact to the District.
