EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On November 9, 2006, the Board appointed Holmes Hepner and Associates Architects and J.O. DeLotto & Sons, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provided for an additional 10 classrooms. This addition was necessary to meet class size reduction requirements.
This change order provides a credit for project savings and the return of unused contingency funds.
The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
