Apollo Beach Renovation Project Subcontractor Information
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
At a recent board meeting, a subcontractor appeared before the board to state concerns of non-payment from the construction manager on the Apollo Beach Renovation project. During the Board's discussion, a request was made to provide the following:
- An update on this situation
- Approximate amount of time devoted by district staff to resolving this dispute
- Means by which we support subcontractors, particularly small business
Attached is the summary of the above requested items.
