Approve Acceptance of Project for Roof Replacement at
Chamberlain High School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On November 18, 2008, the Board appointed the architectural firm of Harvard Jolly, Inc. to provide design services. The scope of work provided for replacement of the existing roof and skylights at Chamberlain High School. On May 5, 2009 the Board awarded the contract for construction to Southern Roofing Company, Inc.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
