Approve Service Agreement with Lawson Software to Manage the Technical Work on Our New Talent Management Software (Information and Technology Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In February, the district contracted with Lawson Software to implement the Lawson Talent Management suite of products. This suite of products uses different technology from our current Lawson applications. This services contract provides for the technical support of the application and underlying system and allows time for our internal staff to receive training to enable the support of the system for the long term.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
The budgeted amount of $259,200 will be funded through the Empowering Effective Teachers grant. This is a time and materials agreement and we only pay for actual hours used.
