Approve Construction Documents and Guaranteed Maximum Price for Renovation of
Raymond O. Shelton School Administrative Center (ROSSAC), 3rd Floor, Information Services Area

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

John J. McKenna Architect P.A. and R.W. Tymewell, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The renovation of the existing Information Services area includes mechanical, electrical, fire sprinkler, and architectural revisions to provide a better utilization of space. Project completion is scheduled for September 3, 2010.

Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish the cost for the project.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)

Construction cost is warranted at $265,368. The construction budget is $266,000 and is funded from the General Operating Fund.
