This project was planned by the architectural firm of Holmes Hepner & Associates Architects. On June 15, 2004, the Board appointed the construction management firm of The Beck Group. This new facility was a reuse of the Alonso High School design. The school opened in August 2006 and provided relief for East Bay High School and the South County area.

The architect advises that the referenced project is substantially complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

This item was included in the District Capital Outlay: Community Investment Tax 2004 (new facility) $32,879,180 and Certificates of Participation Series 2004C (athletic facility) $2,280,675.
