Approve Acceptance of Project for Fire Alarm and Intercom Systems Replacement at
Colson Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Anston-Greenlees, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On May 5, 2009, the Board awarded the contract for construction to the low bidder, Inter-Bay Electric Co., Inc. The scope of work provided for replacement of the fire alarm and intercom systems.

The engineer advises that the referenced project is substantially complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
