Approve Acceptance of Project for Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Renovation at
Roland Park K-8 School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Lyle Engineering Group, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On May 19, 2009, the Board awarded the contract for construction to the low bidder, Air Mechanical & Service Corp. The scope of work provided for replacement of the existing ice harvester cooling plant with a new plant incorporating an air cooled chiller and ice storage tanks.

The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
