EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Harvard Jolly, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. On May 5, 2009, the Board awarded the contract for construction to the low bidder, D.B. Construction Services, Inc. The scope of work provided for a walkway canopy at B.T. Washington Elementary School.
The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Hillsborough County agreed to reimburse the District for construction of the project; therefore, there was no financial impact to the District.
