EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On November 9, 2006, the Board appointed Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. and Mathews Construction to provide design and construction management services for the classroom addition. On June 10, 2008, the Board approved the amendment of existing agreements to include roof replacement, stucco repairs, and exterior painting.
The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
