SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On July 11, 2006, the Board appointed Holmes Hepner & Associates Architects and J.O. DeLotto & Sons, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. The renovation provided required walkway lighting; signage, restroom, and door hardware upgrades for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); storm drainage improvements; heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) control upgrades; kitchen dry storage remodeling, and replacement of selected kitchen equipment; repair of walkway canopies; interior and exterior painting; electrical equipment and lighting upgrades; new exterior doors and frames; new security, telecommunications, and closed circuit television (CCTV) systems; and reconfiguration of Administrative Suite for improved operations.
The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
