SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS

Approve Negotiated Salary Agreement, Contract Language Changes, and the Empowering Effective Teachers Addendum with the Hillsborough Classroom Teachers Association (HCTA) - Teacher Unit.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

A Salary Agreement (Attachment A) has been reached with the HCTA Teacher Unit retroactive to July 1, 2010. Changes in language to the 2010-2013 HCTA Teacher Contract (Attachment B) and the Empowering Effective Teachers Addendum (Attachment C) have been agreed upon.
