Approve the Recommendation Regarding the Purchase of "INFORM License Renewal" from EDmin.com, Inc. (Sole-Source Provider) (Business Division)

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This license renewal is from EDmin.com, Inc. and considered sole source, which is exempt from the bidding process per Florida Department of Education Rule 6A1.012 purchasing policies.

The INFORM Learning System contains a Exceptional Student Education (ESE) application (INSPIRE) that enables educators, special education teachers, and case worker staff to develop, monitor, and report on a student's Individual Educational Plan (IEP). This data is used to meet Federal and State reporting mandates. The District has been using the web-based solution since 2002.
