This project was planned by the architectural firm of Wilder Architecture, Inc. On June 7, 2005, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Allstate Construction, Inc. The school opened in August 2008 and provided relief for Davidsen, Farnell, and Martinez Middle Schools.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

This item was included in the District Capital Outlay: Certificates of Participation Series 2002 ($3,109,464) and 2006 ($17,297,676).
