Renew Existing Bid Submitted by FCS, Inc. - Invitation to Bid (ITB) #9136-DST Grease Trap Cleaning (Business Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On November 3, 2009, the Procurement Department, in conjunction with Student Nutrition Services (SNS)
issued a competitive bid for grease trap cleaning. The initial term for this award was from November 3, 2009 to November 4, 2010, with four additional one-year periods. The supplier has agreed to renew for the second year, beginning November 4, 2010, and ending November 3, 2011, with prices, terms, and conditions to remain unchanged. The Superintendent is authorized to approve the renewal agreement for the terms of the specifications.
