Adopt the Proclamation Declaring October 29, 2010, "Aunt Jemima® Frozen Breakfast Education Day" at Pizzo Elementary School
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Aunt Jemima® is hosting an Aunt Jemima® Frozen Breakfast Education Day at Pizzo Elementary School to emphasize the importance of a well-balanced, nutritious breakfast, and is supporting our public schools. Aunt Jemima® Frozen pancakes has embarked on a nationwide tour to contribute to elementary schools and show kids that breakfast is not only fun, but also the key ingredient to a productive and successful day at school. Aunt Jemima® Frozen Pancakes has visited schools in Philadelphia, PA; Baltimore, MD; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Montclair, NJ; and will be in Tampa October 29. Purchase of Aunt Jemima® Frozen Pancake products in Tampa also will support the education programs. The School Board of Hillsborough County wants students to start every day with a healthy, nutritious breakfast so they can perform their best at school.
