SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The School Board entered into an Interlocal Agreement with Hillsborough County on February 7, 2007, to construct an extension of Citrus Park Drive needed to provide access to the Deer Park Elementary School. The agreement called for Hillsborough County to reimburse the School District in the amount of $1,241,002. The Interlocal Agreement was subsequently amended on July 19, 2007, to increase the amount that the County would reimburse the School District to $1,364,985. The road extension has been completed and both parties have agreed that the County will reimburse the School District for the actual cost of $1,388,389.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
