Approve Change Order No. 3 in the Amount of $70,289.27 Extra for Demolition and Replacement at
Tinker Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On March 8, 2005, the Board appointed the architectural firm of Gould Evans Associates with Manhattan Construction Company providing construction management services. The scope of work includes the demolition and replacement of the Administration, Media, and classroom buildings. Portables have been provided to house students and faculty until completion of the replacement facilities.

This change order provides for civil, architectural, landscape, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical revisions required by the Department of Education, District Safety Office, and District Building Code Manager.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.

This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Community Investment Tax ($6,287,933) and Capital Outlay and Debt Service ($1,232,260).
