This project was planned by the engineering firm of Long and Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. On June 6, 2006, the Board awarded the contract to the only bidder, Tappouni Mechanical Services, Inc. The scope of work provided for the replacement of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) components, including the condensing units and air handlers.

This change order provides a time extension of 27 calendar days for project delays beyond the control of the contractor.

The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
