Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Amount of $814.00 Net Extra,
Change Order No. 2 in the Credit Amount of $13,782.83, and Acceptance of Project for Painting at
Edison Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

John J. McKenna Architect P.A. and Ellis Construction Company, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for interior and exterior painting at Edison Elementary School.

Change Order No. 1 provides for repair of wall finish damaged by leaking toilet at media building, and refinishing of doors in administration. Also included are credits for deleting the electrical, mechanical, and dry storage rooms in the cafeteria building, rooms 100A, 102, 104, 104B, 200A, 204B, data room, and custodians' room. Change Order No. 2 provides a credit for project savings.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
