Impact Fee Reimbursement Resolution for Submission to Hillsborough County

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The School Board's Interlocal Agreement for the School Site Dedication Program requires that the School Board approve a resolution for reimbursement of land purchases. The District's Impact Fee account balance for 2007 year end is $3,932,566.03 inclusive of Plant City, City of Tampa, Temple Terrance and Unincorporated Hillsborough County. By approval of this Resolution, the Board is requesting reimbursement for a portion of the $10,790,000 purchase price for parcels of land for High School "UUU" in the Plant City area; and a portion of the $390,000 purchase price for a parcel of land for Deer Park Elementary School in the Northwest area.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)

The District will be reimbursed $3,932,556.03 for site acquisition purposes.
