Approve "Piggy-back" to the RFP and Contract between NEOLA, Inc. and Pasco County Public Schools for Board Policy Development and Update Services (Administration Division)

The Division of Administration has identified a firm that the Board and District Administration can work with on a continuing basis to develop and update its School Board Policies and Procedures and make them available to the public and district personnel via the Internet. This would also allow the District to continously monitor its policies and procedures to assure compliance with Florida State statutes and best practices.

This contract is a “piggy-back” to the RFP and contract between NEOLA, Inc. and Pasco County Public Schools. The License Agreement with NEOLA, Inc. and the School Board of Hillsborough County is attached. We hereby request that the services of NEOLA, Inc. be retained and permission be granted to proceed with negotiation of a software license with NEOLA, Inc.

All District Goals and Critical Success Factors

This is a three-year agreement, renewable annually. These services are, or will be, included in the General Fund or Capital Outlay budget in an amount not to exceed $89,000.
