SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS

Approve Temporary Construction Easement at Morgan Woods Elementary School in Favor of Hillsborough County

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The District has been approached by Hillsborough County to provide a temporary construction easement at Morgan Woods Elementary School for the purpose of relaying the gravity sewer system on Armand Drive and to remove the pump station located on the school campus. The County Water Resource Service Department has determined that the existing gravity sewer lateral has to be removed and a new lateral installed. The County plans to perform this project during the summer recess in late May, early June 2008. During this time, the staff and faculty of Morgan Woods would maintain ingress/egress to the school campus without interruption.

This easement has been reviewed by the School Board attorney as to form and sufficiency.
