EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project is being planned by the architectural firm of Gottfried, Garcia + Rodriguez Architects AIA. On February 13, 2007, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Christiano Construction Company, Inc. The renovation of existing facilities includes replacement or refurbishment of interior finishes and hardware, power, lighting, and low-voltage system upgrades, mechanical and drainage system repairs, and exterior repairs, waterproofing and painting. The administration building will be remodeled and reconfigured. Project completion is scheduled for February 2009.
Approval of the schematic design phase will allow the architect to proceed with design development documents.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
The project is currently funded at $3,070,000. The estimate of probable cost is $3,040,233. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Public Education Capital Outlay (PECO) Construction 06-07.
