EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project is being planned by the architectural firm of Holmes Hepner and Associates Architects. On January 16, 2007, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Bandes Construction Company, Inc. The renovation of existing facilities includes new exterior stucco, exterior windows, signage, library shelving, classroom partitions, flooring, acoustical ceiling tiles, and upgraded low-voltage systems. Project completion is scheduled for December 31, 2007.
Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish the cost for the facility.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $3,134,407. The construction budget is $3,200,000. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Community Investment Tax (CIT 06).
