EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the architectural firm of Reliable Group Architects. On May 8, 2007, the Board awarded the contract to the low bidder, Cason Construction Management, Inc. The scope of work provides for heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, canopy repair, and painting.
Change Order No. 2 provides two new variable frequency drives for the secondary chilled water pumps. Change Order No. 3 provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials, in accordance with the Direct Purchase Program.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
