Approve Construction Documents and Guaranteed Maximum Price for Auditorium Renovation (Phase 1) at
Waters Career Center

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Wilder Architecture, Inc. and The Morganti Group, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for new mechanical equipment, general lighting, and finishes in the auditorium. Project completion is scheduled for February 29, 2008.

Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish the cost for the facility.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)

Construction cost is warranted at $875,069. The construction budget is $875,069. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill.
