This project was planned by the architectural firm of Wilder Architecture, Inc. On July 11, 2006, the Board awarded the contract to the low bidder, Greater Bay Construction Co., Inc. The scope of work provides for remodeling of the existing Gymnasium and renovation of a single story wing used for ROTC and classrooms.

Change Order No. 9 provides ceramic tile in ROTC toilet rooms; doors, frame, and hardware for the group toilet rooms; exit signs at west corridor; relocation of exit signs in Corridor 150; miscellaneous electrical items; and removal of gravel from rifle range. Change Order No. 10 provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program.
