Approve Acceptance of Project for Chiller Plant Modification at
Maniscalco Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the engineering firm of Hahn Engineering, Inc. On March 14, 2006, the Board awarded the contract to the low bidder, Air Mechanical & Service Corp. The scope of work provided for the replacement of mechanical system components, including the chillers and air handlers.

The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
