EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On November 9, 2006, the Board appointed Carruthers & Associates Architects P.A. and Manhattan Construction Company to provide design and construction management services. This addition is necessary to meet class size reduction requirements. The scope of work provides for an additional 16 classrooms.
The Board previously approved a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the project.
This change order provides for building modifications needed to provide code-compliant exiting, identified subsequent to development of the GMP.
