Due to a shortage of recreational space in the South Tampa area, The South Tampa Sticks Youth Lacrosse League, Inc. ("STS") has approached the principal of Anderson Elementary School for permission to use the athletic fields located within the fenced area immediately north of Coachman Street and west of Church Street (site map attached). The principal and STS have worked through the details of the usage of these fields and also improvements to the field areas and the surrounding school grounds. The right to use the fields is granted to STS and will, at all times, be subject to termination, reduction, restriction or modification by the Board. STS and the principal will meet on a regular basis for scheduling purposes.

The term of this Agreement is one year, with four one-year renewal options.

This Agreement has been reviewed by the School Board Attorney as to form and sufficiency.

The District will incur no expenses for the improvements to the school grounds and athletic fields. These costs will be the sole responsibility of STS.
