SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Anston-Greenlees, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design services. The scope of work provides for replacement of the fire alarm system.
The project was advertised and three bids were received (see attachment). Award of contract to the low bidder, SAI, Inc., is recommended. Project completion is scheduled for August 4, 2008.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Total funds in the amount of $224,800 are included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill. The contract amount being awarded is $224,800.
