Approve Agreement for the Transfer of Two School Buses to Walton Academy

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Hillsborough County Public Schools will transfer two school buses to Walton Academy. The Charter School will be responsible for all costs associated with the operations, upkeep, maintenance, and repair of the buses.

In accordance with Florida Statute 1002.33(18)(e), the District is required to provide surplus facilities or property to charter schools. The approximate value of the buses is $4,000.00.
