EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Walter Fedy Group, Inc., was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide engineering services. On April 10, 2007, the Board awarded the contract to the low bidder, Air Mechanical & Service Corp. The scope of work provides for replacement of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and ducts, new gymnasium lighting, and painting of three buildings.
Change Order No. 1 provides for double wall spiral duct in lieu of single wall duct, as required by District standards. Change Order No. 2 provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District, in accordance with the Direct Purchase Program.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
