SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
ASR Engineering Inc., was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide engineering services. The scope of work provides for modification of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system in Buildings 170, 400, and 500 at Hillsborough High School. The low bidder, Kenyon & Partners Inc., is recommended. Project completion is scheduled for August 18, 2008.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Total funds in the amount of $865,479 are included in the District Capital Outlay: Public Education Capital Outlay (PECO) Maintenance. The contract amount being awarded is $699,000.
