EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the architectural firm of Wilder Architecture, Inc. On January 16, 2007, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Horus Construction Services, Inc. The scope of renovation includes new instructional aids and finishes, modifications to air conditioning, communication, power, and lighting systems, site grading and drainage improvements, and demolition of the original 1940's structure which includes the classrooms, cafeteria, and kitchen.
Change Order No. 1 provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. Change Order No. 2 provides for additional roof repairs in Building 15, and new electrical service to a lift station.
