Approve Change Order No. 1 in the Credit Amount of $11,549.23, Change Order No. 2 in the Credit Amount of $40,000.00, and Change Order No. 3 in the Credit Amount of $3,739.45 for Painting at
Dickenson, Forest Hills, and Mango Elementary Schools

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Woodroffe Corporation Architects and J.B.D. Construction, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for interior and exterior painting at Dickenson, Forest Hills, and Mango Elementary Schools.

Change Order No. 1 provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. Change Order No. 2 provides a credit for deletion of flooring at Mango Elementary School from the project. Change Order No. 3 provides a credit for the return of unused contingency funds.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
