Approve Acceptance of Project for Parking Relocation at
Riverview High School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Walter Fedy Group, Inc. and J.B.D. Construction, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work included replacement of parking areas relinquished due to roadway widening, improved ingress and egress, and reconfiguration of parent pick-up/drop-off and faculty parking areas. This work was necessitated by Hillsborough County's planned improvements to Boyette Road and Balm Riverview Road.

The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)

The District will be reimbursed by Hillsborough County for land conveyance and site improvements.
