SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
RGB Architects, Weber and Tinnen, P.A., and Kalemeris Construction, Inc, were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provides for exterior structural repair, brick tuckpointing, and painting. Project completion is scheduled for May 4, 2008.
Approval of the guaranteed maximum price will establish the cost for the facility.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $400,708. The construction budget is $400,708. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill.
