Approve Amendment of Architectural Agreement for Woodbridge Elementary School Renovation

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Gottfried, Garcia and Rodriguez, Architects, AIA, PA is currently under contract to provide architectural services for the Woodbridge Elementary School renovation project. The name of the company has been legally changed to Rodriguez + Architecture / AIA / PA at the request of its shareholders. The firm has requested that their agreement be reissued to reflect this change.

Amendment of the agreement will permit payment to be issued in the firm's legal name.

ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)

There is no financial impact to the District.
