Tagliarini Architectural Group, PA was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide architectural services. On May 29, 2007, the Board awarded the contract to the low bidder, Cason Construction Management, Inc. The scope of work includes a new roof over the Gym and Cafeteria and replacement of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system.

This change order provides for District-requested HVAC control improvements, and duct modifications necessitated by unforeseen existing conditions.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.

This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Public Education Capital Outlay (PECO) Maintenance ($809,792) and 2 Mill ($320,000).
