SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. was selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide engineering services. The scope of work provides for modification of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system in the kitchen at Pierce Middle School. The project was advertised and bids received (see attachment). The low bidder, Air Mechanical & Service Corp. is recommended. Project completion is scheduled for August 18, 2008.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Total funds in the amount of $23,800 are included in the District Capital Oulay: 2 Mill. The contract amount being awarded is $23,800.
