Approve Acceptance of Project for Painting at
Dickenson, Forest Hills, and Mango Elementary Schools

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Woodroffe Corporation Architects and J.B.D. Construction, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services. The scope of work provided for interior and exterior painting at Dickenson, Forest Hills, and Mango Elementary Schools.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Provide adequate school facilities for the accomplishment of all District Goals and Critical Success Factors.
