Recognition of School Health Services Community Partners (Student Services and Federal Programs Division)

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

School Health Services wishes to recognize their community partners. Each of these organizations has offered valuable services to optimize our students’ academic success. We wish to thank Tampa General Hospital, Ronald McDonald Care Mobile, St. Joseph’s Hospital, Lenscrafters, Greater Tampa Lions Sight Fund, The Glazer Foundation and Volunteer School Nurses.

ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)

Goal 5 – The District will eliminate the FCAT achievement gap by a minimum of 10 percentage points as reported by No Child Left Behind.
