EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
During the construction of Kimbell Elementary School, it has been determined that in order for the City of Tampa to accommodate the stormwater runoff from the school site, an easement would need to be established ("Stormwater Easement"). The City of Tampa would be granted a non-exclusive, perpetual utility easement for the purpose of installation, construction, repair, operation, maintenance, and replacement of stormwater drainage facilities. These facilities include drainage lines, pipes, ditches, retention ponds, detention ponds, related equipment and facilities ("Drainage Facilities"). They will also have full right of ingress, egress and access on, in, over, under, across and through the easement area as described on Exhibit "A" attached.
